QniTech Joint Stock Company ("QniTech", "we", "us", or "our") develops and provides software applications, SaaS products, websites, and technology services for businesses and individual users.

This Privacy Policy explains how QniTech collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information in connection with our websites, software products, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Different QniTech products may process different types of information depending on their functionality.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Contact Information

Depending on the Service you use, we may collect your name, email address, company or business name, contact information, account credentials, authentication information, and other information you voluntarily provide.

1.2 Business and Application Data

Depending on the particular QniTech product, we may process business information, customer-provided content, marketing information, analytics data, communications, configuration data, and other information necessary to provide the requested Service.

1.3 Payment Information

For paid Services, payment and billing information may be processed by QniTech and/or third-party payment processors. We may receive transaction details necessary to manage subscriptions, invoices, payments, refunds, and account status.

1.4 Technical Information

We may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, login timestamps, application activity, error logs, security logs, and other technical information necessary to operate and secure our Services.

3. Product-Specific Data Processing

Because QniTech provides multiple software products, the information processed by each product may differ. Each product only requires access to information reasonably necessary for its intended functionality.

For example, some QniTech products may process customer management information, marketing data, communications, analytics, scheduling information, or other business data depending on the features enabled by the customer.

4. AI Review Manager and Google Business Profile Data

AI Review Manager is one of QniTech's software products. It provides businesses with tools for managing customer reviews and online reputation, including functionality for connecting authorized Google Business Profiles, viewing reviews, generating AI-assisted response suggestions, and managing review responses.

4.1 Google OAuth Authorization

AI Review Manager uses Google's OAuth authorization process. A user must explicitly authorize the application before it can access the Google Business Profile information permitted by the authorization.

The application does not request or store the user's Google password.

4.2 Google Business Profile Data

Depending on the permissions granted by the user, AI Review Manager may access information such as:

• Google Business Profile account information.
• Business locations.
• Business name and address.
• Customer reviews.
• Review ratings and dates.
• Review responses.
• Related metadata made available through authorized Google Business Profile APIs.

The Google Business Profile OAuth permission used by AI Review Manager is:

AI Review Manager only accesses Google Business Profile information that the user has authorized the application to access. It does not access unrelated Google services or Business Profiles that the user has not authorized.

4.3 Use of Google Business Profile Data

Google Business Profile data accessed by AI Review Manager may be used to:

• Display and organize customer reviews.
• Provide review management functionality.
• Generate AI-assisted suggested responses.
• Allow users to review, edit, and publish responses.
• Provide review-related analytics and reporting.
• Provide technical support and maintain the security and reliability of the product.

QniTech does not sell Google Business Profile data to third parties and does not use such data for unrelated advertising purposes.

4.4 AI Processing

When a user requests AI-assisted functionality, relevant review content and limited information necessary to generate a response may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers acting on behalf of QniTech.

QniTech does not intentionally submit Google account passwords, OAuth client secrets, or other authentication secrets to AI providers.

4.5 Revoking Google Access

Users may disconnect their Google Business Profile from AI Review Manager or revoke the application's Google authorization through their Google Account. Once authorization is revoked, AI Review Manager will no longer make new API requests using that authorization.

5. Data Sharing

QniTech may use trusted third-party service providers to operate our Services. These may include cloud hosting providers, database and infrastructure providers, payment processors, email and customer support providers, security and monitoring providers, analytics providers, and AI service providers.

Third-party providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide services to QniTech and are subject to appropriate contractual or technical safeguards where applicable.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, property, or the security of our Services.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable Service, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our systems.

Retention periods may differ between QniTech products depending on their functionality and contractual requirements.

7. Security

QniTech uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication mechanisms, secure credential storage, server security controls, logging, monitoring, and software security updates.

No Internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and applications may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, provide security features, analyze usage, and improve our Services.

9. International Data Processing

QniTech and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Information may therefore be transferred internationally, subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate safeguards.

Our Services are primarily intended for businesses and business users and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

QniTech may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When appropriate, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice for material changes.
